Mike Dean has been appointed as the referee for the Sky Bet Championship Play-Off Final between Middlesbrough and Norwich City.
Dean will be assisted on Monday 25th May at Wembley Stadium by Stuart Burt and Simon Long.Roger East will be on fourth official duties for the Final, while Eddie Smart has been named as the reserve assistant referee.
Experienced official Dean became a Football League assistant referee in 1995 before being promoted to the referees list two years later. He then moved up to the Select Group in 2000, and became a FIFA referee in 2003.
He has officiated a number of prestigious matches, including the 2008 FA Cup Final and the 2011 League Cup Final.
