Sky Bet Football League Weekend in numbers

Another goal in a Middlesbrough win for Albert Adomah, and a draw at last for Carlisle United - we take a look at the numbers that make up the weekend's Football League action.

1 – Norwich City's John Ruddy became the first goalkeeper to score an own goal this season in the Sky Bet Championship, when he fumbled a Derby County corner into his own net.

2 – Leyton Orient secured their second 3-0 win in their last three home games, by seeing off Yeovil Town.

2 – Two of the three away victories in Sky Bet League 2 on Saturday were registered with a 1-0 scoreline.

3 – Fleetwood Town's Josh Morris has scored in three successive games for the first time in his career.

3 – Joe Lolley made only his third start for Huddersfield Town, and he has scored in two of them after notching against Birmingham City at the weekend. In total, Lolley has scored three goals, and all of those have come away from home.

3 – Three of the four draws in Sky Bet League 1 on Saturday ended with a 1-1 scoreline.

4 – Watford's Matej Vydra has scored four goals in his last four games.

4 – Derby County are four games without a victory for the first time this season. Coincidentally, the last time they went four matches without triumphing was during March of last year.

4 – Middlesbrough have won all four games in which winger Albert Adomah has scored in.

5 – Blackpool and Millwall have both lost five on the spin to sit in the bottom two places in the Sky Bet Championship table.

6 – Charlton Athletic's Yoni Buyens has netted six goals this season, all of which have come from the penalty spot.

6 – Barry Corr scored his sixth goal in as many games by finding the net against Dagenham & Redbridge.

6 – Barnsley made it six straight wins by seeing off Oldham Athletic 3-1, moving into the Sky Bet League 1 Play-Offs in the process.

7 – Stevenage took their undefeated run to seven games with a 1-1 draw against Cambridge United.

10 – Blackburn Rovers have lost only once in 10 games in all competitions.

10 – After previously going 10 unbeaten, Luton Town have now lost five of their last six, including their most recent three, to slip off the pace at the Sky Bet League 2 summit.

11 – Following 11 games without a goal, Bournemouth's Brett Pitman has scored five times in his last two outings. His second against Blackpool on Saturday was his 100th in a Cherries shirt.

11 – Bristol City's lead at the top of Sky Bet League 1 was reduced to 11 points as the Robins drew 0-0 with Gillingham - ending their five-game winning run – while second-placed Preston North End saw off Crewe Alexandra.

16 – Tom Bradshaw hit his 16th goal of the season for Walsall against Milton Keynes Dons, but it was his first in eight in all competitions.

18 – Northampton Town maintained their run of scoring in every home game after they overcame Tranmere Rovers 1-0 in their 18th outing of the season at Sixfields.

20 – Joe Garner hit an incredible four goals for Preston, to take his tally for the season to 20.

21 – Hartlepool United won 1-0 at Morecambe and, in doing so, kept their first clean sheet on the road since 11th March 2014, 21 away games ago.

23 – Daryl Murphy scored his 23rd league goal of the season in Ipswich Town's defeat at Middlesbrough.

23 – Tranmere Rovers lost for the fifth match on the bounce, to remain 23rd, in the Sky Bet League 2 relegation zone.

26 – At the 26th time of asking, Luke James netted his first league goal for Peterborough United to help take Posh's winning run under Dave Robertson to four matches.

29 – Carlisle United's run of 29 games without a draw ended as they shared the spoils with York City.

34 – The Sky Bet Championship featured the most goals at the weekend with 34 scored over the 12 matches, at an average of 2.83 per match. The ball hit the back of the net 33 times in Sky Bet League 1 (2.75) and on 22 occasions in Sky Bet League 2 (1.83).

40 – Will Packwood became the 40th player to be used by Cheltenham Town this term, after the Birmingham City loanee made his Robins debut against Newport County.

45 – Sam Wood put Wycombe Wanderers in front in a Sky Bet League 2 promotion clash against Shrewsbury Town after only 45 seconds, which was the first goal of Saturday's 3pm kick-offs. Watford's Almen Abdi was the second player on the scoresheet, bagging after 53 seconds.

51 – The ball hit the back of the net 51 times in the first 45 minutes of matches in The Football League over the weekend, compared to 38 second-half goals.

69 – The top three in the Sky Bet Championship – Bournemouth, Watford and Middlesbrough - all hit four goals in their weekend wins, and they're now tied on 69 points.

73 - Jermaine Pennant had only registered one goal in 73 appearances in English football before netting twice against Rotherham United to guide Wigan Athletic to a vital 2-1 win.

78 – Bournemouth have now scored 78 goals in the Sky Bet Championship this term. Ten of those have been scored against Blackpool.

150 - Ali Al-Habsi celebrated his 150th appearance for Wigan Athletic by producing a number of impressive saves in their victory at Rotherham.

151 – Blackburn Rovers striker Jordan Rhodes bagged his 150th league goal on Saturday, and then quickly followed with his 151st, in what was his 278th league appearance.

1974 – Bolton Wanderers maintained their unbeaten home record against Millwall, which stretches back over 40 years. The Lions haven't won at Bolton since a 2-1 victory in the League Cup in January 1974.

30,772 – Leeds United's home match against Nottingham Forest pulled in the biggest crowd of the weekend in The Football League, with over 30,000 at Elland Road, but it was the only Sky Bet Championship match to finish goalless.
