New Derby County manager Paul Clement rose from non-league to some of the biggest clubs in Europe before taking the Derby County job.
London-born Clement was number two to Carlo Ancelotti at Real Madrid prior to his appointment at the iPro Stadium, and now believes he is ready to put the skills he's learned to the test as the main man.
