Fans and famous names react to Channel 5's Football League Tonight announcement

Wednesday morning's announcement that Kelly Cates and George Riley will present the new highlights programme, Football League Tonight, was met with a warm reception by fans and famous faces.

The show will air on Saturday nights at 9pm on Channel 5, bringing you every goal from all three Football League divisions. It will also screen Sky Bet League 1 & 2 highlights during international breaks.

New presenters Cates and Riley took to Twitter to express their delight at fronting the new highlights coverage, as did many fans and famous faces to congratulate them.
