The nominations for the Sky Bet League 2 Manager of the Month award for January.
Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink (Burton Albion)Hasselbaink has made an easy transition into Sky Bet League 2 management, passing on his experience and know-how to reinforce Burton’s position in the automatic promotion places. A total of 11 points from five games unbeaten is a measure of his fine start.
Micky Mellon (Shrewsbury Town)
Mellon guided his side to three successive wins to end the month, picking up 10 points from five games during the month. The Shrews re-assumed the leadership of Sky Bet League 2 with the attacking flair that has become their trademark under the Scot.
Ronnie Moore (Hartlepool United)
Moore began 2015 with the hardest job of any Sky Bet League 2 manager, at rock bottom Hartlepool, but he has transmitted his enthusiasm, passion and optimism to his players. Seven points from five games, including confidence-boosting wins over Cheltenham Town and Plymouth Argyle, brought some hope of survival.
Chris Wilder (Northampton Town)
If Wilder’s side struggled for consistency and rhythm in the first half of the season, January could hardly have gone better with 13 points collected from a possible 15, with a 12-2 goal differential. Wilder's men are now well-placed for a Play-Offs charge.
The winners will be announced on Friday.
