Eoin Doyle is looking forward to the challenge at Cardiff City, after joining the Bluebirds from Chesterfield.
English football's top scorer has netted 25 goals for the Sky Bet League 1 Spireites this season and boosts Cardiff's attacking options after Adam Le Fondre's loan move to Bolton last week.The 26-year-old has penned a three-and-a-half year deal with the Bluebirds.
"When I heard about Cardiff's interest this morning, I couldn't ignore it," he told Cardiff City Player. "It was then a case of getting in the car and getting down here as quickly as I could. I'm really looking forward to getting going now and the challenge ahead.
"Now it's about getting into the team - we've a lot of good strikers at the club already. Then it will be a case of contributing as much as I can and scoring a few goals to help us up the league."
