Anthony Taylor has been appointed as the referee for this year's Capital One Cup Final between Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur.The 36-year-old will be assisted on Sunday 1st March at Wembley Stadium by Lee Betts and Dave Bryan.
Craig Pawson will be on fourth official duties at the showpiece final, while Andy Halliday is the reserve assistant referee.
Taylor, who is from Cheshire, has been on the list of Select Group Referees since 2010 and, three years later, he became a FIFA official.
He made his Football League debut as a referee in August 2006, taking charge of Wrexham versus Peterborough United in League 2, but now primarily operates in the Premier League.
He was fourth official to Andre Marriner in the 2013 FA Cup Final at Wembley.
