16 December 2015

Sky Sports' #10in10 coverage continues on Wednesday, as Hull City host Reading at the KC Stadium.

The clash is the sixth of 10 Football League matches being screened live over 10 consecutive days for the first time ever.

For those fans that can’t get enough football at Christmas, Sky Sports’ #10in10 is the perfect way to kick-off the festive season by sitting back and watching the fantastic entertainment and drama of the Sky Bet Football League!

The Tigers have the opportunity to close the gap at the top of the Sky Bet Championship to two points on Wednesday.

Steve Bruce's men returned to winning ways last weekend with a 1-0 win over Bolton Wanderers, following back-to-back defeats at the hands of Derby County and Leeds United.

Hull haven't lost to Reading for more than a decade - since November 1995 - and haven't fallen to the Royals on home turf since 1994 - a good omen heading into the fixture.

Reading

While Hull are operating near the summit of the Sky Bet Championship, Reading have been in freefall in recent weeks - sliding to 13th.

That comes after a run of three consecutive defeats, to Nottingham Forest, Queens Park Rangers and, most recently, Preston North End.

The Royals are still managerless after they parted ways with Steve Clarke at the beginning of the month, and a new man is yet to be appointed to replace him, meaning caretaker boss Martin Kuhl will continue to hold the fort.

Despite not toppling Hull on their own patch for more than two decades, Reading generally travel well to the KC. They've lost just once there since 1984, taking three wins and five draws.

Don't miss it!
