Blackpool take on Peterborough United in Sky Bet League 1 this weekend, with goals having defined their respective seasons for very different reasons.
The hosts sit 19th, just one point above the relegation zone, and have scored the least amount of goals of any team in the division. The Tangerines have struck just 17 times in their 21 League fixtures so far this term, an unwanted record that justifies their position in the standings.
Neil McDonald's men do, though, have the joint-best defensive record of any side in the bottom 10 of Sky Bet League 1, and are enjoying a run of back-to-back victories having beaten Fleetwood Town and Wigan Athletic in recent weeks.
Their Matchday 22 opponents Peterborough United, on the other hand, have been scoring for fun so far this campaign.

The Posh - rejuvenated in front of goal under manager Graham Westley - are the top scorers in The Football League with 47 goals to their name. That figure, coupled with just one defeat in their last 10 games, has parachuted them up the table and into the Play-Off places.
They sit fifth - 14 places above Blackpool - but don't have as strong a defensive record as their counterparts. Peterborough have conceded four more than the Bloomfield Road club this season - 32 - and have also kept fewer clean sheets - three to Blackpool's seven.
The fixture produced six goals across two meetings last time they were in the same division, during the 2012/13 Championship season, as each side took a victory, but they've come in rather contrasting supply this time around, ahead of their latest clash.
