Sky Bet League 1 has got off to a flying start, and the fixtures continue to come thick and fast.

Only two teams in Sky Bet League 1 are able to boast 100 per cent records after the opening couple of fixtures of the season.
Rochdale and Coventry City have both taken the maximum six points so far, and they are in action on Tuesday. Dale host Walsall, with the visitors buoyant after backing up a Capital One Cup victory over Nottingham Forest by beating Southend United at the weekend.

Coventry, meanwhile, demolished Millwall in their last fixture, and have begun the new campaign in perfect fashion. Tony Mowbray’s side picked up a highly impressive 4-0 win – with Adam Armstrong scoring a brace to take his tally to four goals for the season.

The Lions face a Barnsley in their bid to bounce back from the defeat, and they have been evenly matched in fixtures against the Tykes over the years. Throughout history, the two sides have met 52 times and both have won on 20 occasions.
A contest which has been less even in recent times is the one between Port Vale and Swindon Town. The Valiants travel to the Wiltshire outfit having been unable to take a point off the Robins in their last seven meetings.

Elsewhere in Sky Bet League 1, Peterborough United take on Sheffield United in a 7.30pm kick-off.
The Posh and the Blades fell to defeats on opening day – to Rochdale and Gillingham respectively – but they both managed to revive some form and pick up three points in Match Round 2.
On Wednesday, Doncaster Rovers and Southend United are both in search of their first league win this term, and the pair lock horns at the Keepmoat Stadium.
Wigan Athletic are also looking for their first triumph of the new campaign. They face a Scunthorpe United side who have had a mixed start to date, with one win and one loss to their name.
