After a thrilling Round 1 in the Capital One Cup, it's back to Football League action this weekend with Match Round 2 in Sky Bet League 1 taking place.
Gillingham and Swindon Town both recorded impressive home victories in Match Round 1, and now they have a chance to test their credentials on the road this time around.Match Round 2 fixtures
Here’s a look at what’s coming up in Sky Bet League 1 this weekend (all kick-off times are 3pm unless stated):

Sunday 16th August
Wigan Athletic v Doncaster Rovers (12.30pm)
Gillingham’s 4-0 success over Sheffield United last weekend saw them become the first leaders of the division in 2015/16, while Swindon’s 4-1 beating of Bradford City placed them second.
Look out for: Nathan Byrne - after a hat-trick in Match Round 1, Swindon’s Byrne will be hungry for more.
The Gills now go on the road to Port Vale, who beat Burnley 1-0 in the Capital One Cup in midweek, and Swindon travel to Bury, who also tasted Cup glory by beating Wigan Athletic 2-1.

Sheffield United will want to improve when they host Chesterfield, and Bradford’s first home game of 2015/16 brings Shrewsbury Town to Valley Parade.
Coventry City, Rochdale and Millwall were also victorious in Match Round 1, and, while the Sky Blues and the Lions clash at the Den, Dale are on the road to Blackpool.
Elsewhere, there’s a first ever League meeting between Barnsley and Burton Albion at Oakwell, but the Brewers will be seeking redemption after losing 5-0 to the Tykes in last season’s FA Cup.

The Match Round 2 action is wrapped up in Sky Bet League 1 on Sunday when Doncaster Rovers, fresh from their penalty success over Leeds United in the Capital One Cup, visit Wigan.
