Eddie Howe (Bournemouth)March saw Howe’s side roar back to the head of the Sky Bet Championship table with 13 points from five games and a 15-3 goal differential. The most impressive result was a 3-0 victory over promotion rivals Middlesbrough.
Guy Luzon (Charlton Athletic)
It has been quite a turnaround that Luzon has overseen at The Valley. Sliding perilously towards the relegation zone when he arrived, he took them into the top half in March with four decisive wins and 11 goals from five matches.
Alex Neil (Norwich City)
Neil steered his side to 11 points from six games, including a 2-0 win over local rivals Ipswich Town in the East Anglian derby. Those results have put Norwich firmly in the hunt for automatic promotion.
Neil Redfearn (Leeds United)
Redfearn masterminded the most solid back line in the division during March with just two goals conceded over five unbeaten games, which yielded 11 points. He has his Leeds players expressing themselves with confidence and trust in each other.
The winner will be announced on Friday.
