Richie Wellens has signed a two-year contract extension with Doncaster Rovers.
Rovers boss Paul Dickov revealed last week that Wellens - and fellow midfielder Paul Keegan - had both agreed new deals in principle and that he expected them to put pen to paper in the near future.
Keegan signed his three-year agreement on Thursday and Wellens has now followed suit, keeping the 34-year-old at the Keepmoat Stadium until the summer of 2016.
Wellens, who also had a spell with Doncaster between 2007 and 2009, returned to the South Yorkshire club in the summer of 2013 after a spell at Leicester City.
The former Manchester United trainee has made 137 appearances for Rovers.
