Bournemouth have completed the signing of Andrew Surman from Norwich City for an undisclosed fee.
The midfielder, who spent last season on loan with the south-coast club, has agreed a three-year contract at Dean Court.
Surman joined the Canaries from Wolves in June 2010 and played 22 times in his debut season as the club won promotion to the Premier League.
The 28-year-old made two appearances for Neil Adams' side this term, most recently playing in the 3-1 Capital One Cup victory over Crawley Town.
He made 58 appearances in total for City, scoring seven goals.
The former England Under-21 international is embarking on his third spell with the Cherries following two loan stints - h e initially joined as a 19-year-old from Southampton.
