Collin may have failed to keep a clean sheet at Carrow Road against Norwich, but he produced an outstanding triple save to deny the Canaries. Immediately after his heroics, the Millers went down the other end and opened the scoring.
Defender: Peter Ramage (Barnsley)
It took just 10 minutes for the returning Crystal Palace loanee Ramage to score for the Tykes, heading in from close range against Rochdale. At the other end, he marshalled the back line superbly and was influential in keeping a clean sheet at Spotland.
Defender: Ryan Cresswell (Northampton Town)
Northampton may have been denied a victory late on at Wycombe but Cresswell was the stand-out player for Chris Wilder's men. He was the man on target for the Cobblers, scoring a towering header – his first goal for the club.
Defender: Nathan Byrne (Swindon Town)
Swindon are flying under Mark Cooper and Nathan Byrne was again a shining light, in their 2-1 win at Leyton Orient. Byrne scored his second goal in as many games, against the O's, and the result moved them up to second.
Midfielder: Adam Reach (Middlesbrough)
Boro were comfortable 2-0 victors at home to Fulham and winger Adam Reach broke the deadlock just 45 seconds into the second half with a close-range finish.
Midfielder: Jonathan Douglas (Brentford)
Brentford rose to 10th in the Sky Bet Championship thanks to a 3-1 success against Reading and the experienced Douglas played a key role. He completed the scoring with a back-post header in the 81st minute.
Midfielder: Jimmy Ryan (Chesterfield)
Midfielder Ryan was pivotal for the Spireites against Sheffield United in Saturday's early kick-off in Sky Bet League 1, putting in a solid display. The 26-year-old opened the scoring from 25 yards at the Proact.
Midfielder: Steven Rigg (Carlisle United)
Carlisle were the big winners in Sky Bet League 2 on Saturday, seeing off Hartlepool 3-0, and it was a memorable game for midfielder Steven Rigg. The debutant got the goalscoring under way early in the second half, to the delight of the travelling Cumbrians.
Striker: Callum Wilson (Bournemouth)
The Cherries were reduced to 10 men at Bolton but grabbed a victory thanks to a Callum Wilson brace - his sixth and seventh goals of the season.
Striker: Daryl Murphy (Ipswich Town)
Murphy was on top form for Ipswich at Nottingham Forest on Sunday, scoring twice in a 2-2 draw. His first was a superb solo effort while his second was a fine header from a Tyrone Mings cross.
Striker: Tom Elliot (Cambridge United)
Elliot was another front man to score twice at the weekend, with the 23-year-old notching a brace at Burton Albion on Friday night, helping the U's to a 3-1 victory.
Manager: John Coleman (Accrington Stanley)
Accrington Stanley kept up their winning run under the returning Coleman by seeing off Mansfield Town 1-0. That was Stanley's fifth win in six and the third in succession since Coleman took over for the second time.
