Huddersfield Town striker Jon Stead has rejoined Bradford City on loan.
Stead, who finished last season with the Bantams, will remain with the Sky Bet League One club until January 3, 2015.Bradford boss Phil Parkinson has been trying to bring in another forward since Mason Bennett was recalled by Derby at the start of the week.
Stead comes in match fit, having made nine appearances for Huddersfield so far this campaign. The 31-year-old has started two Sky Bet Championship games for the Terriers and recently scored against Middlesbrough.
He played eight times for Parkinson's men last season and netted in the final-day win at Tranmere Rovers.
