A Michail Antonio strike deep in injury time salvaged a point for Nottingham Forest when Ipswich Town visited the City Ground yesterday.
The Tractor Boys had led at half-time thanks to a Daryl Murphy goal, but Forest pegged it back to 1-1 with a Robert Tesche header. Ipswich led again after Murphy bagged a second, but Antonio's 94th-minute finish made it 2-2 and secured a point for the home side.Speaking to the official club website, Ipswich manager Mick McCarthy said: “I’m hugely proud of my players and it was a thoroughly deserved point but it feels like a defeat because they have scored right at the end.”
