Rotherham United youth player Mason Warren scored a goal to remember when he struck from inside his own half in an academy fixture against Chesterfield earlier this month.
The 18-year-old's spectacular effort drew praise from the Millers' academy manager Garreth Barker. "I have been involved in youth coaching for 17 years and I have seen three goals that really stand out and this was one of them," he said."It was an exceptional piece of skill which is not only a contender for goal of the month but also goal of the season."
