Sky Bet Transfer Fund: Notts County offer one fan the chance to talk transfers with Shaun Derry

25 November 2014

Ahead of the conclusion of the Sky Bet Transfer Fund next month we are taking a look at some of the incredible prizes Football League clubs are offering fans taking part. Today we head to the banks of the Trent:

Notts County are offering one lucky fan the chance to discuss transfer targets with manager Shaun Derry if they manage to help their side win a £250,000 transfer kitty with the Sky Bet Transfer Fund.

If a Notts County fan wins the Sky Bet contest they will also get the chance to present the player recruited with the windfall with their Magpies shirt when they are unveiled to the press. And the link between fan and player does not end there. The winner will also become their kit sponsor during their time at Meadow Lane and receive a signed match shirt at the end of every season.

Not only does the league-wide Sky Bet Transfer Fund gives one fan the chance to win £250,000 for their Football League club to spend on new signings in the upcoming January transfer window - as well as scooping a £5,000 cash prize for themselves.

On top of all this The Football League is also offering the winner VIP tickets to five major finals at Wembley, giving the victorious fan the chance to attend the Capital One Cup Final, the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy Final and all three of this season’s Sky Bet Play-Off Finals.

Fans can increase their club's chances of scooping the £250,000 by making Sky Bet their bookmaker this season - and many clubs are offering their fans unique prizes should their team win the cash. Every time a fan stakes £1 with Sky Bet they will receive a token, and more tokens means a great chance of winning the prizes for themselves and their club.

All fans need to do is visit and register their favourite Sky Bet Football League team. The draw for the Sky Bet Transfer Fund will take place in December.
