Milton Keynes Dons manager Karl Robinson felt winger Daniel Powell showed what he is all about after his side came from behind to defeat Swindon Town 2-1 at stadiummk. Most of the Dons' dangerous moments went through the 23-year-old as Robinson's team put their midweek Capital One Cup exit behind them to move up to third position in Sky Bet League 1.
Robinson said: "We've all had our debate about him and I've seen what everyone else has seen but on days like today, you tell me a player who's more dominating than him.
"This was against centre-backs who I think are very athletic, their back three, that's how they play.
"We worked so hard - I don't think we gave them any joy the whole 90 minutes.
"It was disappointing to concede against the run of play, I don't think they had any dominance in our final third in the first half even though they went in 1-0 up.
"I've liked watching Swindon play and I like how Mark Cooper sets his teams out so it's been a good day all round.
"They were playing with two strikers up front, which is a bit unusual nowadays, so they kept our two centre-halves occupied and we managed to reduce the space in behind."
