Brentford manager Mark Warburton believes striker Andre Gray can go all the way to the Premier League after his double helped down Millwall 3-2 at The Den.The hosts found themselves 2-0 down after Gray - a summer signing from Luton Town - struck either side of half-time.
Millwall fought back with two goals in two minutes from Danny Shittu and Alan Dunne - his first since March 2013 - just before the hour mark.
But Shittu's unfortunate own goal handed the Bees victory.
"He [Gray] has terrorised them," said Warburton. "He's raw, he's hungry, he's quick, he wants to learn, he's just turned 23 and there's loads more to come from Andre Gray.
"I think sometimes he doesn't know what he's going to do let alone defenders and that's the secret for him, he takes a chance, he takes a risk.
"I'm delighted from him, delighted that his hard work is paying off and I'm sure there's still a lot more to come from him.
"When you think he was playing Conference football last year it speaks volumes for his character. He can go to the Premier League, I've got no doubts about that."
On the game, the Bees boss added: "At the beginning of the season half the team just lacked self-belief.
"It was the obvious question: do we belong at this level? Can we handle this level? Hopefully you've seen that they can and this week has been very pleasing."
