Notts County have signed teenage defender Taylor McKenzie.
The 19-year-old has put pen to paper on a two-year contract following his release by Sheffield Wednesday.
McKenzie, a centre-half, joined the Owls in 2012 after a successful trial at the club having previously had a spell at Norwich.
He featured for the Championship club's development squad last season and continued his football education with a loan spell at Gainsborough Trinity.
McKenzie becomes the second summer signing to arrive at Meadow Lane in as many days following the acquisition of former England and Manchester United midfielder Alan Smith.
Meanwhile, highly-rated academy player Kyle Dixon has signed a new one-year deal with the club.
Dixon, also 19, was captain of the Notts youth team that reached the final of the Midland Youth Cup during the 2012/13 season. He turned professional last summer, signing an initial six-month deal before earning an extension until the end of the campaign.
