Derby County will take on Queens Park Rangers in the Sky Bet Championship Play-Off Final at Wembley Stadium on Saturday 24th May, with kick-off at 3pm.
The Rams' fans will be housed in the West End of the stadium, where they have an allocation of 37,249, while the Hoops' supporters will be situated in the East End, with an allocation of 37,332.
Tickets are priced from £36, with half price concessions available for all seats, and are not available from either The Football League or Wembley Stadium.

Please note that there is a dedicated Family Section in each end which falls under the Cat 3 pricing band. These areas are the backs of blocks 137, 138, 139 and 140 in the Derby end, and the rear of blocks 105, 106, 107 and 108 in the QPR end.
The price charged to disabled fans (wheelchair and ambulant) will be equivalent to the relevant price for the area in which they're situated. Their helper will gain access for free, but they must book a 'ticket'.
