Gillingham boss Peter Taylor has parted company with assistant manager John Schofield and goalkeeping coach Carl Muggleton.
The duo followed Martin Allen to the Gills in the summer of 2012 and helped the club win the Sky Bet League Two title in their first season.
Allen was sacked in October and replaced by Taylor, who retained Muggleton and Schofield as part of his backroom staff.
But Taylor has now decided to freshen things up after agreeing a new two-year contract last weekend.
"It's not an easy decision and not a nice thing to do from my part," Taylor told the club's official website.
"I found out I had got the job on Saturday and I know the route I want to go.
"It has nothing to do with John and Carl's work as they have been absolutely excellent since I have been here.
"They were first class in everything they did and very good so we will miss them in lots of ways, but it is the decision which I have made."
