Wycombe Wanderers have signed midfielder Sam Togwell on a one-month loan deal from fellow Sky Bet League 2 side Chesterfield.
The 29-year-old, who has made just nine appearances for the Spireites this season, is available to face York City on Saturday.
Togwell, who comes from nearby Bourne End, told the club's official website: "I used to get the bus down to Adams Park from Bourne End on Saturday mornings and I used to love coming down and watching football.
"I knew there had been interest for a while but nothing had come of it. I then got a phone call on Thursday after training asking if I would come down, get some games and help the team out.
"I've tried to keep myself as fit as I can, which is tough when you're not playing as much as you want, but I was thrown in over Christmas and I played four or five times and I felt fully fit - I'm available for selection."
