Coventry City have strengthen their attacking options with the loan signing of Blackpool striker Nathan Eccleston.
The 23-year-old, who has signed in time for Wednesday's clash with Stevenage, will stay with the Sky Blues until the end of the season.
Eccleston's career began at Liverpool and his arrival will provide boss Steven Pressley with more depth in attack as the Sky Blues find themselves in a relegation dogfight.
Pressley told the club's offcial website: "We are going into a crucial period in the season and with only two recognised strikers in the current squad it was vital we secured a third before Thursday's deadline.
"Nathan comes into the club with great potential, and at 23 he has still a lot to prove.
"We certainly hope he can make a big impression between now and the seasons end."
