Shrewsbury Town have signed striker Scott Vernon.
The 30-year-old, who has made over 130 appearances with Aberdeen in the last four seasons, has agreed a two-year deal with the option for another year .
"Scott is a very good player and a clever striker who I believe will fit in perfectly to what we are doing," Shrews boss Micky Mellon told the club's official website.
"He's got great experience and I am absolutely delighted to have Scott on board.
"It's a deal we know that we have done for a few weeks now but with Scott being on holiday we had to wait until now.
"He makes good runs and has good movement. He's a striker but can play in a number of variations. He can play in the number 10 role, he can play in a front two or up front on his own."
