Bristol City have signed Oldham Athletic captain Korey Smith for an undisclosed fee.
The 23-year-old midfielder, who has signed a three-year contract, is the club's fourth summer signing.
"Korey is another young player who we've had our eye on for a little while," City boss Steve Cotterill told the club's official website.
"He's demonstrated leadership qualities at Oldham and came with good pedigree from Norwich before that.
"He's a dynamic, quick-moving player who can run and run. We need to add to his goalscoring column, but I think that comes from the position he has played in before.
"It's great to have him on board for the new season."
Smith progressed through Norwich's academy and after making his debut for the club in 2009 was a regular in their League One title-winning campaign in 2009/10.
Smith has had loan spells at Barnsley, Yeovil and Oldham and signed a permanent deal with the latter in the summer of 2013.
