Nottingham Forest goalkeeper Dimitar Evtimov has signed a new contract.
The 20-year-old Bulgarian, who this month went to Portugal with the rest if the first-team squad for a pre-season training camp, has put pen to paper on a two-year deal.
He told the club's official website: "I've been at the club since I was 16 and it's like a dream come true to sign a new deal.
"When Stuart Pearce came in he said the staff were happy with the way I was training and developing and that he had heard good things about me from the previous caretaker manager Gary Brazil.
"So he asked me if I would be willing to sign a new deal and I said 'Yes, of course. That's my dream.'"
Evtimov made his Forest debut last season, replacing the injured Dorus de Vries late on in the Reds' 2-0 victory over Leeds at Elland Road.
