Dagenham and Redbridge winger Medy Elito is set to join Dutch Eerste Divisie side VVV Venlo.
Elito has a year remaining on his contract with the Daggers but requested to leave for personal reasons, and the Sky Bet League Two club have confirmed that they have reached an agreement for the 23-year-old to move to Holland.
"Following a request from Medy Elito for a transfer to Dutch side VVV Venlo, due to personal reasons, the club have agreed terms for the midfielder," said a statement on Dagenham's official club website.
"Both clubs expect the transfer to go through by the end of this week or early next week at the latest."
Former Colchester trainee Elito scored eight goals in 50 appearances last season for the Daggers.
He joined Dagenham in the summer of 2011 following a successful loan spell in east London and in total he has scored 20 goals in 136 games for the club.
