After the conclusion of the week's Sky Bet Football League matches, we've picked out a squad of the best performers from the divisions to make the Team of the Week.
Here's our 3-4-3 best XI and a manager from the week's Sky Bet Football League matches:
Goalkeeper: Ben Garratt (Crewe Alexandra)
In his ninth game for the club, Crewe's teenage goalkeeper kept his first clean sheet in their 2-0 midweek victory against Milton Keynes Dons.
Defender: Richie De Laet (Leicester City)
The full-back was on form for the Foxes and scored the second goal in their 2-0 win against Middlesbrough on Saturday, with a header.
Defender: Matthew Pennington (Tranmere Rovers)
The on-loan Everton defender netted the first goal of his professional career in the 28th minute of Rovers' game against Crewe on Saturday, and that was enough for a much-needed three points.
Defender: Jake Wright (Oxford United)
Oxford captain Wright preserved all three points for the U's against Torquay United with a brave last-ditch header. With a 1-0 win, United kept one of only two clean sheets in Sky Bet League 2.
Midfielder: Kaid Mohamed (Bristol Rovers)
On his debut for Rovers, Mohamed, who is on loan from Port Vale, gave his new club the lead against Newport County in first-half stoppage time. They went on to win the match 3-1.
Midfielder: Gary Harkins (Oldham Athletic)
Harkins played a crucial role in Oldham's dramatic 5-4 victory against Peterborough United. The 29-year-old found the net just after the break and then kept his nerve to make it 4-4 from the penalty spot in the 89th minute.
Midfielder: Gary Roberts (Chesterfield)
After finding the goal in Chesterfield's 2-2 midweek draw with Rochdale, the midfielder delightfully lobbed Northampton Town's Matt Duke to give the Spireites the lead in their 3-1 win against the Cobblers on Saturday.
Midfielder: Stephen Hunt (Ipswich Town)
The Irishman was a constant menace for Town against his former club Reading, and helped set-up Daryl Murphy's opener against the Royals. The Tractor Boys went on to win the fixture 2-0, ending a six-game run without a victory, and Hunt was named man of the match.
Striker: Nicky Ajose (Peterborough United)
The front man scored an impressive hat-trick in Peterborough's midweek win against Notts County and also found the net in their 5-4 defeat to Oldham at the weekend.
Striker: Michael Smith (Swindon Town)
Debutant Smith bagged twice for Swindon on Saturday to help them to a 3-1 victory against Shrewsbury Town.
Striker: Febian Brandy (Walsall)
After returning to Walsall, on loan from Sheffield United, the former Manchester United trainee hit a first-half hat-trick at the weekend - his first career treble - to guide the Saddlers to a 5-1 success at Notts County.
Manager: Graham Alexander (Fleetwood Town)
The Fleetwood boss guided his side to a 4-2 victory at Burton Albion, to lift them into the top three in Sky Bet League 2. That was the fourth meeting between the two clubs this term, but Fleetwood's first win.
