Rotherham United have signed West Ham United winger Blair Turgott.
The 19-year-old, who has had previous loan spells with Bradford and Colchester, joins the Millers on a youth loan.
Boss Steve Evans said: "We have been monitoring the situation closely and we are delighted to add him to our squad.
"The player has recently come back from a loan spell at Colchester United.
"Joe Dunne the manager at Colchester, who is a man I have tremendous respect for, was desperate to keep him but West Ham had a few injuries and took him back.
"It is no secret that as soon as he joined Colchester their fortunes quickly turned around. He started three out of the four games he was available for and they got two wins during that time."
Turgott becomes the fourth signing of the transfer window at New York following the arrivals of Miles Addison, Tom Hitchcock and Wes Thomas.
