Johnstone?s Paint Community Club of the Year Award 2014

30 January 2014

About the Johnstone's Paint Community Club of the Year Award

This category will recognise the community scheme that has best demonstrated success at engaging with the local community in the 2013 calendar year. The shortlist is comprised of the five regional winners of the award, one of which will be recognised as the overall national winner. In deciding on a winner, judges consider the objectives of the scheme, breadth of delivery, innovation, impact and achievements in 2013, alongside each scheme's flagship project.

About Johnstone's Paint

The Johnstone's Paint brand has traditionally placed a strong focus on developing the next generation of talent. It is a business that takes enormous pride in their annual National Young Painter of the Year competition, and they are delighted to now be promoting the excellent work clubs do with their communities through the Johnstone's Paint Community Club of the Year Award. Having sponsored the Johnstone's Paint Trophy since 2006, extending that sponsorship to this award further strengthens their links with The Football League, its member clubs and grassroots football.
