Lee Bullen has joined Sheffield Wednesday's first-team coaching staff on a permanent basis.
The popular Scot, who was youth-team coach at Hillsborough, has been working with the senior squad under Stuart Gray since Dave Jones' sacking in November.
And with the Owls performing well in that time, the set-up has become permanent, with Bullen also taking charge of the under-21s.
Bullen told the club's official website: "We have had discussions over the last couple of weeks and I delighted with the role.
"It's been great working with Stuart Gray and he's made it quite clear that he likes to have me around the first team and this is fabulous experience for me.
"I will remain primarily with the 21s as their professional development coach whilst also supporting Stuart and the first-team staff.
"Stuart has amalgamated the first team and under-21s squads often recently, the lads have been training together so I think this is a natural progression."
