Southern Section Area Final
Peterborough United v Swindon Town
Monday night will see the first team confirmed for the 2014 Johnstone's Paint Trophy Final at Wembley, in March, with Swindon Town and Peterborough United meeting at the County Ground.
The Southern Area Final is tied at 2-2 from the first leg, after the Robins recovered from 2-0 down at London Road two weeks ago.
In addition to their Trophy ambitions, both teams are pushing for a Play-Off place in Sky Bet League 1 with Swindon eighth and Posh sixth.
Both clubs were involved in goalless draws last Friday - the Wiltshire side were held by Colchester United, while Darren Ferguson's men picked up a point against Walsall.
The hosts have won 10 out of 15 league home games this season. Posh recorded a first away win in nine on their last outing, 2-1 at Leyton Orient.
Northern Section Area Final
Fleetwood Town v Chesterfield
On Tuesday night, two Sky Bet League 2 clubs, also hoping for promotion this season, go head-to-head with Chesterfield holding a 3-1 advantage over Fleetwood Town going into the second leg.
The Spireites won the competition in 2012 and have one foot in the Final after their convincing display at Highbury Stadium a fortnight ago.
Both teams come into the fixture on the back of weekend wins - Chesterfield beat Torquay United 3-1 to remain top of the table and fifth-placed Fleetwood beat Northampton Town 2-0.
In their previous four encounters, there has been one draw with the other three fixtures ending in an away win.
