The nominations for the Sky Bet League 1 Manager of the Month award for November.
Mark Cooper (Swindon Town)Cooper masterminded a 12-point haul from five games as Swindon became the first side to beat leaders Bristol City in Sky Bet League 1 this term. They also defeated promotion rivals Preston North End and Peterborough United, and did so by adhering to the manager's belief in the passing game.
Mark Robins (Scunthorpe United)
Robins' impact has been felt fully at the club, albeit without his team playing at home during November. Two wins and a draw from three awkward away fixtures restored confidence and belief among the Iron squad.
Karl Robinson (Milton Keynes Dons)
A highly successful month for Robinson’s side yielded 10 points from four games, all played at stadiummk. The Dons scored an impressive 11 goals, with six coming against Colchester United in a club record league win.
Dean Smith (Walsall)
Patience during an injury-ridden first three months of the season, and a determination to stick to his principles, drew just reward in November for Smith as his team picked up eight points over four unbeaten games, conceding just one goal in the process.
