Sky Bet Championship Manager of the Month nominations

4 December 2014

The nominations for the Sky Bet Championship Manager of the Month award for November.

Neil Lennon (Bolton Wanderers)

The Lennon revolution at Bolton is in full swing, particularly at home where the Northern Irishman has brought the swagger back. Convincing victories over Cardiff City and Wigan Athletic helped his side pick up 10 points from a possible 12.

Mick McCarthy (Ipswich Town)

A master at forging collective spirit within the dressing room, McCarthy’s work behind the scenes inspired a comeback draw at Bournemouth and late wins over Watford and Charlton Athletic, which brought the October haul to 13 points from 15.

Gary Rowett (Birmingham City)

Rowett made an instant impact upon his arrival at Birmingham, dispelling the gloom, shoring up a porous defence and garnering 11 points from five unbeaten games. Tellingly, the former Burton boss conjured up two wins at St. Andrew's to finally banish the home hoodoo.

Mark Warburton (Brentford)

Warburton guided Brentford to a perfect November with five wins featuring 14 goals, and that form propelled them into the Sky Bet Championship Play-Off positions.

The winner will be announced on Friday.
