Bristol City defender Liam Fontaine has joined Yeovil on loan until January 1.
The 27-year-old defender links up with Gary Johnson once more after being part of his promotion winning team of 2006/07 and the side that made the Championship play-off final the following season.
It is also a second spell for Fontaine at Huish Park having spent a loan stay with Yeovil under Johnson back in 2004.
"I am very pleased to have the opportunity to bring Liam back to Yeovil," Johnson told the club's official website. "I know him very well and have spent many seasons working with him in the past.
"He has great experience in the Championship and we know exactly what we are getting from him. He has worked and played with both Terry Skiverton and Darren Way (Johnson's assistants).
"Liam is someone who we won't have to spend time with to get into the Yeovil Town mentality."
Fontaine departs City having made 291 appearances for the club and the deal is subject to Football League clearance.
