Blackburn Rovers hotshot Jordan Rhodes bagged a brace against Lancashire rivals Bolton Wanderers on Saturday and pocketed 11 points.

Rhodes has now scored four goals in two games, while veteran midfielder David Dunn collected a goal and an assist worth nine points in the 4-1 win.

Burnley also enjoyed a comprehensive victory and Jason Shackell picked up 11 points for a goal and a clean sheet from the 3-0 defeat of Derby County.

Wide midfielder Keith Treacy was awarded the assists for two of the goals, including Shackell's volley, and registered seven points.

Experienced defender Clint Hill scored 11 points for a goal and a clean sheet as Queens Park Rangers recorded a third straight 1-0 win.

Wigan Athletic ended promotion rivals Nottingham Forest's unbeaten start and French striker Marc-Antoine Fortune plundered seven points for two assists.
