Fleetwood Town v Crewe Alexandra
Fleetwood Town face current Johnstone's Paint Trophy holders Crewe Alexandra at Highbury.
The Cod Army overcame another League 1 club, Tranmere Rovers, in Round 1 to set up a match with the Railwaymen, who beat Southend United in last year's Final.
Steve Davis' men saw off the challenge of Accrington Stanley in the opening round but come into Tuesday's Trophy tie without a win in seven, losing their most recent two 3-0 and 4-0.
Mansfield Town v Chesterfield
Fierce rivals Mansfield Town and Chesterfield will lock horns for the second time this season when they clash at Field Mill.
The Stags were 1-0 winners in the close-fought Sky Bet League 2 match at the Proact Stadium just over a week ago but they were defeated 4-1 by Hartlepool United in their outing on Saturday.
League 2 leaders Chesterfield also lost at the weekend, to Morecambe, despite being 3-0 up in the first 23 minutes.
Morecambe v Carlisle United
Following that morale-boosting win against Chesterfield, Morecambe welcome the visit of Carlisle United.
The Shrimps sit sixth in League 2 after their weekend victory, which was their fifth in seven matches. Carlisle have improved since Graham Kavanagh took charge and they come into the Trophy match unbeaten in four, winning three of those.
The two sides have clashed six times since their first meeting in 2004 and all but one have ended level. Carlisle won the most recent match 1-0 in a 2009 FA Cup replay.

Port Vale v Rochdale
Rochdale are on the road to Vale Park to take on League 1 Port Vale.
Vale are unbeaten in three and overcame Bury in Round 1 with two Tom Pope goals in the last 10 minutes. Rochdale received a bye in the First Round and suffered a defeat for the first time in five on Saturday.
The two teams have met numerous times over the years and the Valiants have the upper hand by a considerable margin; they have 20 wins compared to Dale's seven, with the other 23 encounters being drawn.
Preston North End v Oldham Athletic
There's an all-League 1 meeting at Deepdale, where Preston North End host Oldham Athletic.
Preston lost for the first time this season on Saturday, 2-0 against Peterborough United, and that result ended their run of five successive victories, which included a 2-1 triumph against Oldham.
The Latics drew with leaders Leyton Orient last time out, extending their winless run to six games.
Sheffield United v Hartlepool United
Sheffield United and Hartlepool United have endured slow starts to their respective seasons and meet at Bramall Lane.
The Blades are 22nd in League 1 and without a victory since the opening day, while Pools are 19th in League 2. They chalked up just their second three-point haul of the season on Saturday by beating Mansfield.
The two teams were in the same division last season and it was the visiting side that won on both occasions. Sheffield United were 2-1 victors in the North East in October and Hartlepool won in Sheffield in December.
Wolverhampton Wanderers v Notts County
1988 Trophy winners Wolverhampton Wanderers face Notts County.
Wolves beat Burnley to lift the Trophy all those years ago but, to earn their place in the Final, they had to overcome County in the Area Final. The first match ended 1-1 but Wolves won the second instalment 3-0.
Overall, the two clubs have met on 77 occasions with Wolves winning 35 to County's 22, with the other 20 ending level.
York City v Rotherham United
There's a Yorkshire derby at Bootham Crescent with York City entertaining Rotherham United.
The North Yorkshire hosts have begun their Sky Bet League 2 season with three wins, two draws and five defeats, but they haven't lost in three and received a bye in Round 1.
The Millers also received a bye in the First Round and come into Tuesday's match following a 1-0 victory against Brentford.

Southern Section Second Round
Crawley Town v Newport County
Crawley Town and Newport County will meet for the first time in a Football League competition when they clash on Tuesday.
The two clubs have met 13 times since 1999 but all of those games have come at various levels of non-league football, with the pair playing together in the Southern League before meeting in the Conference.
In the meetings between the two, both have recorded five victories with the Red Devils winning the last two 1-0.
Leyton Orient v Coventry City
League 1 leaders Leyton Orient host last season's Trophy Area Finalists Coventry City.
The O's remain unbeaten but have drawn their last two. Coventry, who went out at the hands of eventual-winners Crewe in last season's competition, got back to winning ways on Saturday with a 1-0 success, following two defeats.
Oxford United v Portsmouth
Oxford United and Portsmouth will meet for the second time this term when they go head-to-head in Round 2 of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy.
The U's ran out 4-1 winners against Pompey at Fratton Park on the opening day and, since then, they have notched a further four wins, three draws and lost twice. Those two defeats have come in their last three games.
Portsmouth sit 15th in League 2 with three wins, three draws and four defeats. All three of those draws have come away from home.

Peterborough United v Brentford
In-form Peterborough United host Uwe Rosler's Brentford.
Posh have four League 1 wins on the bounce, against Bristol City, Milton Keynes Dons, Rotherham United and Preston, conceding just once, so come into the Trophy tie with momentum.
After an undefeated streak of five matches to start the season, Brentford - three-time Trophy runners-up - have stuttered in recent weeks. They have won two and lost three of their last five outings.
Southend United v Dagenham and Redbridge
Last season's Trophy runners-up Southend United welcome the visit of Dagenham and Redbridge.
The Blues lost 2-0 at Wembley to Crewe and then endured a poor end to the season to miss out on the League 2 Play-Offs. They have begun this term with 14 points from 10 matches.
The Daggers have 16 points and are unbeaten in five, with their last two Sky Bet League 2 outings, against Bury and Accrington, ending in their favour.
Stevenage v Milton Keynes Dons
Karl Robinson's Milton Keynes Dons make the short trip to the Lamex Stadium to face Stevenage.
The two clubs met in Sky Bet League 1 just over a week ago and the Dons ran out 4-1 winners, but that victory is sandwiched by two losses, against Peterborough and, most recently, Gillingham.
Stevenage are one from the bottom and have lost four on the bounce. They have only managed one win so far this term.
Swindon Town v Plymouth Argyle
Mark Cooper's Swindon Town host Plymouth.
The League 1 Robins recorded their fourth victory of the term on Saturday, beating Tranmere Rovers 1-0, while Plymouth lost to Devon rivals Exeter City in League 2 - their third loss in four.
The two sides last crossed swords during the 2011/12 season when Swindon completed the double over the Pilgrims, winning both games 1-0.
Wycombe Wanderers v Bristol City
League 1 strugglers Bristol City take on Gareth Ainsworth's Wycombe Wanderers.
City are yet to win in the league this term but the Johnstone's Paint Trophy has provided the Ashton Gate faithful with their highlight so far this term, when they overcame Bristol Rovers 2-1 in Round 1.
The Chairboys saw off the challenge of Exeter in the First Round and that win came amidst a six-game unbeaten spell. They have lost their last two, bringing that fine run to an end.
