Bury will now play their home games at The JD Stadium after they agreed an "amazing deal" with JD Sports which will ease their financial woes.
The Shakers have called Gigg Lane their home since they were founded in 1885. As well as renaming the ground for the first time, the club's kit will be sponsored by the Bury-based sportswear retailer from next season as part of the three-year deal.
Bury chairman Stewart Day told the club's official website: "This is an amazing deal for Bury Football Club and highlights the hard work being put in behind the scenes to secure the future of this great club.
"I hope our many loyal fans appreciate the progress being made to ensure financial security at the club. This is such an exciting partnership for the club and would like to thank JD Sports Fashion PLC for their commitment to our vision, which is to take Bury Football Club back to the Championship."
