Number 10: Andy Campbell - Cardiff City 1-0 Queens Park Rangers, Division Two (now League 1), 2003
Cardiff City were hoping to seal promotion in their own city as the Millennium Stadium hosted the Finals while Wembley Stadium was being rebuilt.
Queens Park Rangers proved dogged opposition and the massed ranks of Cardiff supporters had to wait until the 14th minute of extra-time for the breakthrough. It came from substitute Andy Campbell and followed a forward pass from Gareth Whalley which caught Danny Shittu on his heels.
It was a difficult ball for the flame-haired forward to deal with and he was forced to let it bounce twice on the turf before sending an immaculate left-foot shot up and over Chris Day into the Rangers' goal.
