Terry McPhillips and Tony Grant have been appointed as Blackburn's assistant manager and first-team coach respectively.
The pair have been promoted from academy coaches to senior backroom staff members on a full-time basis having previously assisted Gary Bowyer during his two spells as caretaker boss last season.
It comes after Bowyer was confirmed as Rovers' permanent manager on a 12-month rolling contract towards the end of last month.
Bowyer has also brought Eric Kinder back to Ewood Park as under-21 head coach, seven years after he left the club to join Carlisle's youth set-up.
"I am delighted to have Terry and Tony with me again because they played a massive part in what we did last season in keeping the club up," Bowyer told Blackburn's official website.
"They are both very hard working and share the same values as myself. They look forward to pushing the club forward and are determined to make this a success.
"It is important that you try to get people who care about the club or have an affiliation with it, and Eric certainly has that. He was here when I arrived nine years ago and we have always remained in touch.
"It is a very good appointment for us because Carlisle have produced a number of players through Eric's youth team and while I'm sure they'll be sad to see him go, we are delighted to have him on board."
