Andrew departs Cheltenham

21 January 2013

Cheltenham defender Danny Andrew has left the club following the mutual termination of his contract.

The 22-year-old left-back spent loan spells with the likes of Mansfield and Gloucester City and had made just one substitute appearance this season.

Andrew joined the club from Peterborough following a successful loan but, after becoming a regular, he found his opportunities limited with Luke Garbett and then Billy Jones occupying his position.

He becomes a free agent having made 71 appearances in total for the Robins.
