Birmingham manager Lee Clark insists there is no added pressure to get a result against his former employers Huddersfield on Saturday.
Clark spent three years with the Terriers before being dismissed in February despite having guided the side to a record 43-game unbeaten league run.
He faces his old club for the first time at St Andrew's this weekend but is treating the clash as just another game.
He told the club's official website: "Obviously people see the situation of it being my old club but that doesn't mean there's any added incentive for me.
"It doesn't mean any more to me than any other game because I take every game very seriously and I want to win every single game I'm involved in.
"What happened, happened. They made a decision and they moved on and are doing terrifically well."
