Peterborough defender Gaby Zakuani has been removed from the club's transfer list.
Zakuani, the club captain, was one of four players to be fined and made available for transfer by Posh on Monday following a "breach of club discipline."
The other players involved and disciplined after an internal inquiry into an incident that took place in Peterborough city centre in the early hours of Sunday morning were record signing Tyrone Barnett and his fellow forwards Emile Sinclair and Nathaniel Mendez-Laing.
Zakuani, who has made over 150 first-team appearances for Posh and has twice helped the club to promotion from League One, pleaded his innocence on Twitter and after meeting with manager Darren Ferguson his punishment has been rescinded.
However, Mendez-Laing has been told he has not future at London Road and on Thursday he joined Portsmouth on loan.
