Crystal Palace have completed the deadline-day signing of defender Damien Delaney on a free transfer.
The former Ipswich centre-half, 31, has signed a short-term contract with the Eagles and goes straight into Dougie Freedman's squad for Saturday's match against Sheffield Wednesday.
Delaney told the club's official website: "I'm really impressed, I've come here and seen the training ground and trained for the first time.
"I knew two or three of the lads so they made me feel welcome straight away.
"The manager's enthusiasm you can see in his training sessions. That's what I want to get on board with. It just felt right."
